When to contact support
Contact support if sign-in, purchase restore, ingredient capture, or dinner generation is not working as expected.
What to include
Include your account email, device model, app version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue is about Plus, mention whether the App Store purchase or restore step completed.
Purchases
Plus purchases, cancellation, and billing are managed through the App Store. Supperwise can help you find the right restore or account path, but Apple manages the payment itself.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Supperwise account by emailing support. Include the email used for the account so support can identify the right account and follow up.
